About 1 Handal
A Sabah-born maritime company built on expertise, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to excellence in crew management and vessel operations.
Built for Malaysia's
Maritime Sector
1 Handal Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2024 under the Companies Act 2016 (Registration No. 202401036108 / 1581955-U), established with a clear purpose — to deliver professional, reliable, and safety-driven maritime services to clients across Malaysia.
Proudly rooted in Sabah and 100% Bumiputra-owned, 1 Handal was founded by a team with deep industry knowledge and a shared belief that local expertise, when properly structured and supported, can meet the highest standards of the maritime sector. From day one, we set out to build not just a company, but a credible, long-term maritime partner.
Our primary engagement is with Avangaad Berhad, for whom we manage a fleet of 5 tugboat vessels and their full crew complement — a responsibility we carry with the utmost professionalism and operational discipline.
As a growing company, we are actively expanding our client base and service offerings — positioning 1 Handal as a trusted long-term partner for government agencies, corporate entities, and maritime operators throughout the region.
